November Sunrise Hike

This November morning, join a state park naturalist to watch the sun rise over the Tohickon Creek Gorge. As the sun rises, we will hike about 3 miles in the morning hours while watching for birds and other wildlife. This hike will have uneven terrain with significant elevation changes . Please be sure to bring water along (and maybe your morning coffee). A limited number of binoculars will be available to borrow (around 12); participants may also bring their own.

• Bathrooms: There is a port-o-john at this meeting location.

• What to Bring: Appropriate footwear for walking is required. Participants should also bring water, snacks, and sun protection. Please dress in layers for the autumn weather.
