Let’s take time to reflect on 2026, celebrate what worked, identify what needs attention, and forecast what’s on the horizon for 2027.

CEO Day is your opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and take intentional time to focus on your business.

This year, we’re sunsetting 2026 by reflecting on what worked, celebrating the wins, looking honestly at what needs improvement, and identifying what you don’t want to carry into another year.

Then, we’ll turn our attention to what’s on the horizon for 2027 . You’ll think through your goals, priorities, opportunities, systems, capacity, and the areas of your business that need attention so you can enter the new year with clarity and a plan.

We’ll also be joined by a panel of local professionals, including a business attorney, bookkeeper, and insurance professional , who will share what business owners should have on their radar heading into 2027 and answer questions submitted by attendees.

There will also be an option to add a CEO Day workbook designed specifically for this workshop . The workbook follows along with the presentation, giving you a place to work through the exercises, capture your ideas and build out your priorities as we go. More importantly, it’s designed to be something you can continue using throughout 2027 , so the plans you make during CEO Day don’t end up forgotten in a notebook somewhere.
