Course 1: Mushroom and Ricotta Raviolo in a sage brown butter sauce

Course 2: Spinach Blinis with a crisp citrus fennel and chickpea slaw

Course 3: Dry Aged Ribeye OR Sweet Potato Wellington with a savory red wine sauce, lemon garlic green beans and truffle roasted potatoes

Course 4: Blood Orange and White Chocolate Cheesecake Dome

Join us for an intimate evening celebrating the flavors of the season through thoughtfully crafted dishes and perfectly paired wines.

Throughout this four-course dinner, our Head Chef will personally present each carefully crafted dish, sharing the inspiration and flavors behind the course. A representative from award-winning Galen Glen will guide you through each accompanying wine, offering insight into the pairing and the wine in your glass.

From sage brown butter and earthy mushrooms to dry-aged ribeye, truffle-roasted potatoes, and blood orange, each course has been created to capture the richness and warmth of late autumn.

With limited seating, Autumn Uncorked is designed to feel less like a traditional wine dinner and more like an evening gathered around the table—good food, beautiful wine, and the stories behind both.
