  • Chef Daniel Glass from Okatshe appeared on Sunrise Kitchen Friday morning in Salisbury Township to share Tokyo-inspired recipes featuring dishes like Yuzu Salmon Tataki, sticky 5-spice ribs, and Nikkei Saltado (each offering a modern twist on sushi and bar food).  69 News

EDUCATION NEWS

  • St. Luke’s College of Health Sciences, located on the St. Luke’s University Hospital campus (Bethlehem), is accepting applications for its inaugural class starting in May and will offer degrees in nursing, radiography, and respiratory care to strengthen the local health care workforce.  Lehigh Valley Business
  • The Allentown School District broke ground on a new family and community resource center that will offer GED and ESL classes and provide mental and physical health services. The center will serve families with essential educational support.  69 News

  • State Sen. Jarrett Coleman and State Rep. Gary Day announced a $250,000 grant to develop a new trail in Upper Macungie—project plans include a five kilometer path 10 foot wide, tree plantings, and a wildflower meadow to manage stormwater with potential 5K races later.  Parkland Press
