- ➤ Good Shepherd Rehabilitation is addressing an isolated incident reported Sunday night at the former facility on 850 S. 5th Street; police responded and officials confirmed that all patients, residents and staff are safe as the investigation continues. 69 News
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Allentown played a key role in protecting the Liberty Bell during the Revolutionary War when it was hidden under floorboards at a local church near Hamilton Street. A new $250,000, 1,500-lb replica bell is being cast and will soon be installed outside the church (owned by Resurrected Life Community Church) to honor the nation’s 250th birthday. Lehigh Valley News
