- ➤ Fogelsville Firefighter Shawn Weilamann proposed to his girlfriend Evalina Euzerovich on Christmas Day 2025 at their Applewood home — Santa, Mrs. Claus and Fogelsville Fire Company members celebrated the moment in front of the 1846 Buffalo Fire Truck. Bethlehem Press
- ➤ At the Peter Kearns Memorial Christmas Tree Toss held Dec. 20 at More Miles Automotive in Bethlehem, participants raised $3,277 for Turning Point of the Lehigh Valley, which offers no-cost services to domestic abuse survivors (helping families in need). - ➤ The Animal Food Bank will move to a larger facility at 417 N 14th St. in Allentown in March to help serve over 3,000 pets each month. The nonprofit said the change boosts access for families + streamlines pet food distribution. 69 News

- ➤ Historic Bethlehem Museums and Sites opened the free Working Hands: Supplying a Revolution exhibit at 1869 Luckenbach Mill to show Bethlehem’s Moravian role in supporting the American Revolution. The exhibit is open Fri-Sun, 11 a.m.—5 p.m. through Oct. 3 with related programs in the Colonial Industrial Quarter. Bethlehem Press
- ➤ The annual Three Kings Day celebration took place Sunday, Jan. 4 at SteelStacks. PPL and ArtsQuest hosted the event honoring the biblical Magi with traditional food, music, and activities including photo opportunities with the event's Three Kings (Ramon Rodriguez, Hector Vazquez, and William Cintron). - ➤ Wilson Area School Board honored longtime principal John Martuscelli and buildings and grounds supervisor Daniel Sigafoos on Monday, Jan. 12. Martuscelli, who served 29 years at the high school, retires as Sara Rattigan takes over and Sigafoos concluded 39 years of service. WLVR
