- ➤ Today, a group marched in southside Bethlehem to honor Martin Luther King Jr., braving snow and rain. The march, led by Reverend Timothy Smith and longtime organizer Frankie West, visited MLK Park on Carlton Avenue and will return next year as a tribute to King's legacy. 69 News
- ➤ Warming shelter operators at the YMCA on South 15th Street prepare as a cold snap brings more people indoors for safety. Tami Unger said the 80-bed site usually fills about 70 beds and now stocks extra socks + hand warmers while adjusting hours as needed. 69 News
- ➤ The Our Lady of Good Counsel church in Bangor will close due to costly repairs, and parishioners will be invited to join one of three weekly Masses at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Roseto. The final Mass is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 7. 69 News

- ➤ State Police are urging drivers to check their brakes, tire pressure and lights for safe travel on snow-covered roads after an 11-vehicle collision in Greenwich Township injured six on Saturday and a Fleetwood incident involved a food delivery driver striking a police car. 69 News
