- ➤ Bethlehem-based OraSure Technologies will cut about 10 Lehigh Valley positions as part of a restructuring effort — aimed at supporting its innovation pipeline and upcoming FDA submissions. - ➤ NASA head Jared Isaacman gave up his super voting rights in Shift4 as the company restructured to a single share class in Upper Saucon Township. He remains the largest shareholder with about 25.9% ownership after resigning as executive chairman last December. 69 News
