- ➤ The DEP today declared a drought warning for Lehigh County and urged residents and businesses to cut water use by 10-15% as rainfall stays low (27 million gallons are drawn daily). Officials say voluntary conservation is needed to protect local water supplies amid ongoing dry conditions. 69 News

- ➤ Allentown still struggles with snow removal weeks after a heavy storm left up to 17 inches on roads. Mayor Tuerk said crews are clearing streets despite residents' complaints over nighttime tactics (a city council meeting is set for March 11), and possible new snow is forecast for Sunday.
