- ➤ Catasauqua High School Drama Club will present Seussical starting tomorrow at 7 p.m., with additional shows on March 14 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. and on March 15 at 2 p.m. at the CHS auditorium at 2500 W. Bullshead Road — the musical brings Dr. Seuss characters to life. Lehigh Valley Press
- ➤ A musical showcase celebrating Historically Black Colleges and Universities will take place at the Civic Theatre on Mar. 21 at 7:30 p.m. The Family Reunion will feature Black artists and covers of songs by Michael Jackson, Beyonce, and Luther Vandross (songs selected by auditionees). 69 News

- ➤ Sidecardog Riley and Jim Shelanick will visit two Borough Elementary Schools on March 25 to read from their book, Sidecardog Riley and His Great Adventures, at 9 a.m. at Franklin and at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Siegfried — the book shares their Lehigh Valley rides. Lehigh Valley Press
- ➤ At a Feb. 18 meeting, local educators discussed social media risks for youth (including incidents on Roblox) and planned a parent education event on online safety and mental health. - ➤ Lehigh University and Good Shepherd Rehabilitation are testing MABLE Maps, a smartphone app to help people with special needs navigate inside Good Shepherd Rehabilitation’s Hyland Center at 850 South 5th Street. - ➤ Today the Allentown Planning Commission conditionally approved two mixed-use apartment projects—a seven-story building with over 240 units on Riverside Drive and a 16-story building with 360 units on North Front Street.
