- ➤ The Northampton boys varsity swim team sent a 200-yard medley relay team to the PIAA state championships at Bucknell University — the first relay team in 20 years. The team finished 30th and plans to train for next season. Lehigh Valley Press
- ➤ Methacton rallied in the final minutes to beat Whitehall 49 to 46 in a state playoff game last Saturday at Methacton (the game's site), overturning a 14 point lead.
