Chef José Garces will open Rosa Blanca on March 24 at The Nines, 950 Hamilton Street in Downtown West — with preview dinner and cocktail events on March 21 and 22 — as his first of two planned new restaurants in Allentown.

WWE has not held an event in Allentown since a holiday tour stop in 2023 because the company now chooses larger venues to maximize revenue.
