Christie C. Tito, a 69-year-old Allentown resident, was struck by a vehicle near Hamilton Street and South Franklin Street at about 5:30 a.m. on April 7 and later died at Lehigh Valley Hospital—Cedar Crest from blunt force injuries while police and the district attorney are investigating the crash.
