- ➤ A small Piper PA-22 aircraft overturned during landing at Lehigh Valley Airport in Hanover Township shortly after 10:30 a.m. Friday and the lone pilot is being evaluated by EMS although he appears uninjured as the FAA begins its investigation and the wreck is being removed. Lehigh Valley Live

- ➤ Almost six years after opening, the Downtown Allentown Market closed Thursday due to a steady drop in customers — owner City Center Group said they will convert the 12,000-square-foot venue into residential apartments and shift focus to helping restaurateurs secure their own spaces for better visibility. - ➤ Center Valley-based Shift4 Payments is extending its all-cash tender offer through its Swiss subsidiary to buy all outstanding shares of Global Blue. The tender offer will remain open until one minute after 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on May 6 and is expected to close by the third quarter—231,574,334 shares have been tendered, representing roughly 96.42% of Global Blue shares.
