Good morning, Allentown.

Five Pennsylvania men, including South Whitehall Township resident Avi Setton, sued DraftKings after he lost $350,000 despite his 2020 request to close his account, and the lawsuit alleges the company used deceptive advertising — with risk-free promotional bets — to trick vulnerable gamblers into overspending. Filed April 18 in Allentown, the case claims DraftKings targeted those on self-exclusion lists and seeks unspecified damages.
