- ➤ Suspended Allentown police sergeant Evan Weaver (46) and former vice officer Jason Krasley (48) were ordered to stand trial on rape, prostitution and other felony charges following a preliminary hearing on April 29, during which a 33-year-old woman testified about alleged coercive conduct during a traffic stop and later encounters. - ➤ A 36-year-old Allentown man, Raymond Bautista, was charged with assaulting his pregnant coworker at Hatfield Village Apartments in Montgomery County—she was 15 weeks pregnant and sustained a broken nose and cuts—and police reported he admitted the attack while they set his unsecured bail at $75,000—a petition to review his bail is scheduled for Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. with his preliminary hearing on May 7. 69 News
