Two local men from Reading and Allentown filed a class action lawsuit against DraftKings alleging the company used misleading promotions that led to gambling addiction and significant financial losses— the nearly 100-page suit claims that unclear fine print lured vulnerable users and aims to hold the company accountable. Their attorney, Mike Kanovitz, says the lawsuit seeks safer betting practices for consumers.

North Whitehall Township supervisors on Monday rejected a 501,405-square-foot Nexus 78 warehouse plan on Route 309 due to traffic, safety and community concerns.

Trammell Crow officials said they may appeal the decision — arguing that the proposal met local rules after a three-year review.
