- ➤ South Whitehall Township police fatally shot 73-year-old Gary J. Moyer at his home on May 28 after he made a false 911 call claiming a shooter was in the area and ignored orders to drop his inoperable rifle—District Attorney Gavin P. - ➤ Federal immigration officers raided the Five 10 Flats building in Bethlehem today and arrested 17 workers for immigration violations; officials say the group included 13 from Venezuela, two from Mexico, one from Ecuador, and one from Nicaragua who were working to restore the building after last month's massive fire. 69 News
