- ➤ District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan released his findings into Gary Joseph Moyer's death on May 28 in South Whitehall Township—he said the officers used deadly force and other force to protect themselves and that no criminal charges will be filed even though Moyer took his own life. - ➤ Police and an ambulance responded to Burger King on South 4th Street near Emmaus Avenue last Saturday night; officers and a crime scene unit cleared the area (by 8:45 p.m.) while the restaurant stayed locked as customers waited (no further details were provided). 69 News
