  • Northampton County treatment courts let veterans and others avoid prison by offering special programs that help them get treatment and learn life skills.   • Winston Products recalled about 3.6 million HydroTech expandable garden hoses after nearly 30 people suffered injuries when the hoses burst unexpectedly.
