- ➤ Pennsylvania businesses are now required to file annual reports online at file.dos.pa.gov—corporate entities had until June 30, LLCs have until Sept. 30, and LPs, LLPs, trusts and professional associations must file by Dec. 31. - ➤ Palmer Township earned Sustainable Pennsylvania’s Gold certification — the second Lehigh Valley community to do so — for its work saving taxpayer money and using resources wisely.
