- ➤ A 25-year-old from Scranton was charged on Monday with felony theft, conspiracy, receiving stolen property and criminal use of a communication facility after she allegedly pretended to be a courier to collect two gold bars worth more than $215,400 from a 68-year-old victim in Upper Milford Township between February and May; police warned seniors not to share bank details.
