- ➤ Rock legend Ace Frehley performed with Great White and QUIET RIOT on Saturday night at the Great Allentown Fair grandstand stage at the Fairgrounds— the fair runs through Labor Day. Lehigh Valley Live
- ➤ Kane Brown headlined a short concert at the Allentown Fair grandstand on Friday, drawing nearly 9,000 fans with a mix of hip-hop and country sounds. He performed songs from his new album The High Road—his wife joined him on stage to sing a hit. Lehigh Valley News
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Lehigh Valley experienced its coldest August in about 10 years when temperatures at the airport dropped to 48 degrees early Thursday, and meteorologist Bobby Martrich said summer heat is over as high temperatures will remain in the 60s and 70s in the coming days. Martrich noted that colder air from Canada (a negative EPO) is behind this shift and near average temperatures are expected to return mid-September. WLVR
