- ➤ ArtsQuest named its new gallery and lounge at the Creative Factory as the B. Braun Gallery & Lounge—after B. Braun Medical Inc. made a multi-year pledge to support its Re-Imagine That! EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The Palmer Township Planning Commission reviewed a sketch plan for a proposed new Easton Area High School on Tuesday night at the township building. The plan calls for two phases—first relocating sports facilities next spring and later constructing a 241,000 square-foot school with improved pedestrian safety at the William Penn Highway and 25th Street intersection. 69 News
- ➤ The Allentown School District is planning to sell McKinley Elementary School on West Turner Street, as the City Planning Commission reviewed its impending sale Tuesday—urging that any buyer support the Franklin Park neighborhood. Ripple Community Inc. remains interested in repurposing the historic school, which closed in 2020 when the district consolidated its elementary schools. WLVR
- ➤ The pool building at William Allen High School is safe to occupy despite social media posts alleging mold beneath the pool—air quality tests on September 30th by Element Environmental found no immediate health hazard.
