- ➤ Muhlenberg College School of Graduate Studies has launched a new online MBA program that offers live weekly classes and small cohorts for personalized attention — applications are open now and the first cohort will start in fall. Muhlenberg College
- ➤ The Nazareth Area School District plans a new $77 million elementary school on a 43-acre site in Lower Nazareth Township—where zoning issues persist and a gas pipeline runs 420 feet from the proposed building. - ➤ Two organizations in the Lehigh Valley will receive 2026 LeadingAge PA Awards grants to support workforce development in aging services. Fellowship Community in Lehigh County and Waverly Heights in Montgomery County will use the funds for paid internships and an Administrator-in-Training program over the next two years. - ➤ On Monday, two new fire trucks were introduced in a traditional ceremony where elementary students helped push them into place at the East Side Fire Station and Fearless Fire Company — a nod to a custom that began when engines were horse drawn. The Allentown Fire Department said the new engines, replacing equipment that is more than 16 years old, will soon help respond to about 15,000 calls a year. 69 News
- ➤ PennDOT will restrict lanes and flag from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on 15 projects in Northampton County, which may cause delays for motorists. Work begins Monday on roads such as Easton Avenue in Bethlehem Township and continues on routes including 248, 946, and 512—rain could extend the delays. Lehigh Valley Live
