- ➤ Emergency vehicles formed a procession on Friday at about 2 p.m. from the Lehigh County Coroner's Office in Allentown to Bensing Funeral Home—honoring the late fire captain Michael Booke who served Northampton County with distinction. Officials noted possible delays along the route as the community paid tribute to his legacy. 69 News
- ➤ More than 1,300 coats were donated Friday at the 11th annual WFMZ and LV Phantoms Coat Drive at the PPL Center and other drop-off sites in Allentown and Bethlehem—organizers say the coats will go to Salvation Army programs and be distributed on Dec. 3. 69 News
- ➤ Weis donated $20,000 to the Helping Harvest food bank in Spring Twp as part of its Fight Hunger program—which raised over $500,000 this year to help local families in need. 69 News
- ➤ Christmas City Village is a shopping event running in downtown Bethlehem from November 14 through December 21, with vendors selling jewelry, Turkish towels, baked goods and crafts. The event is open from noon to 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays — and from noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays, with a toy drop-off for the Boys & Girls Club through December 23. Lehigh Valley News

- ➤ Christkindlmarkt now features a new Winter Wonderland with an updated St. Nicholas Haus for photos and crafts that many families can enjoy. - ➤ Jolly St. Nick visited the Promenades today to help light the Christmas tree and mark the start of the holiday season. A wind advisory is in effect from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. today with west winds up to 25 mph and gusts reaching 50 mph that could move unsecured items. 69 News
