- ➤ A local daycare in Allentown is providing Thanksgiving meals to families with children in the school district—ensuring many kids will receive a hot meal during the holiday. 69 News
- ➤ Jeff Mabry arrived in the Lehigh Valley from New Mexico for Thanksgiving and said travel was smooth at ABE, where about 2,000 passengers passed through Tuesday. Airport spokesperson Colin Riccobon advised travelers to allow extra time for connecting flights — many will return this weekend amid longer TSA lines. 69 News

- ➤ Smooth-On, a manufacturer in Macungie, supplies materials that create the monsters on the final season of Stranger Things—showing the Lehigh Valley’s strong manufacturing sector. - ➤ Electricity customers statewide will see price changes starting Dec. 1—PPL will raise its rate 3.7% from 12.49 to 12.953 cents per kWh and Met-Ed will increase 8.9% from 11.905 to 12.965 cents per kWh. - ➤ On November 17, Superintendent Dr. Jack Silva told the school board that the state passed a budget—clearing school districts to receive funds—and that all local representatives voted in favor. Updates showed that Northampton Community College enrollment rose 5% and campus renovations are on track while plans for a teacher symposium on AI and the next meeting on December 1 will shape future education measures. HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Local physical therapist Harry Jenkins returned from a six-month Army Reserve deployment where he provided care at Camp Lemonnier and other sites in the Horn of Africa—he treated many military members and worked with active duty and National Guard troops.
