- ➤ Lights in the Parkway closed on Dec. 14 after vandalism damaged holiday displays near Lehigh Parkway, leaving port-a-potties in the river, bent poles & crushed bulbs. Residents with tickets should contact the parks office for rebooking or refund. Parkland Press
