About this event

Take a pause from the pace of everyday life and join us for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and connection. Led by experienced yoga instructor Larissa Noto of The Lovely Little Lotus, Yoga for Every Body offers a welcoming space for adults of all experience levels to explore yoga at their own pace.

Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, soothing sounds, and moments of quiet reflection, participants will be invited to reconnect with their bodies, settle the mind, and make space for well-being. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, modifications and options will be offered to support different bodies, abilities, and comfort levels.

Come as you are—no previous yoga experience is necessary.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat; a few loaner mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. You are welcome to bring your own yoga blocks or yoga strap if you like. However, pose modifications will be given so that you can meet yourself where it feels comfortable for your body during each class.

Space is limited to 12 participants. Advance registration is encouraged.

Noto, JD, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, YACEP , is a longtime yoga and mindfulness practitioner, teacher, trainer, and certified Yoga Therapist who has spent the last 30 years exploring the connection between breath, body, mind, and everyday life.
