Fall Storytime at Emmaus*

About this event

Miss Sue brings stories, songs, and coloring fun for Preschoolers, Toddlers, and younger with their adults! Stories range from nonfiction picture books to Holidays to Seasonal fun! No registration is required, drop in!

October 14th, our Guest Reader will be James Sawada, co-author (writing as Leonardo Stone) of Sassafras and Grandma Francis. Told through the eyes of Sassafras, a curious young skunk, the story follows the changes she notices in her beloved grandmother. Grandma Francis forgets things. Her behavior changes. And Sassafras wonders if her grandmother still loves her. Through a story children can understand, the book helps families explain dementia--one of life's most confusing experiences--with honesty, compassion and hope. For all ages; drop in.

November 4th, our Guest Reader will be an officer from the Emmaus Police Department!
