About this event
Get into the holiday spirit early with Jon Favreau’s beloved Christmas comedy classic ELF (2003), screening at the Gap Theatre in 35mm! Will Ferrell stars as Buddy, a human who was accidentally taken to the North Pole as a baby and raised among Santa’s elves. Now a grown man in an elf suit, Buddy heads to New York City to find his biological father, cynical businessman Walter Hobbs (James Caan). Along the way, he finds romance with Jovie (Zooey Deschanel), discovers the joys—and pitfalls—of the human world, and sets out to bring a little Christmas spirit to his newfound family. Also starring Bob Newhart, Mary Steenburgen and Ed Asner. See ELF on the big screen in 35mm Thursday, December 3 at 7:30pm and Saturday, December 5 at 12:50pm!
