Tenth Anniversary Bottle Release

Intention was brewed in May 2016, our first brewing season. The wort spontaneously fermented in neutral French oak puncheons for twenty-eight months before racking to two separate stainless casks: one with hand-destemmed 2018 harvest NJ Chardonnay grapes, one without. The beer was racked off of grapes after three years and topped for safe passage from NJ to PA. After ten years, 124 months after being brewed, the two casks were blended and bottled under still cork and wax. 6.8% alc/vol
