About this event
The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires all salespersons to complete 14 hours of mandatory continuing education during their first renewal cycle. For the 2026-2028 renewal cycle, this applies to those licensed between Dec. 1, 2025 and Nov. 30, 2027. The Residential Module is one of the two required courses.
The Residential Module focuses on topics such as the Uniform Construction Code and zoning, land development and environmental issues. Home inspections and warranties, as well as mortgage information, will also be discussed. The class will feature information on fair housing regulations as well as issues surrounding the agreement of sale.
