- ➤ LaTarsha Brown, a 42-year-old city employee and school board member, was charged Monday with making false reports and tampering with evidence after she reported finding a noose on her desk at City Hall—DNA tests linked the noose to her while samples from nine other employees showed no match. - ➤ On Sunday, Allentown held its 70th anniversary St Patrick's Day Parade in the West End with more than 90 community groups that included pipe bands and Irish dance teams.
